How to Play Backgammon Online

Objective: Move all your checkers into your home board and remove them completely before your opponent does.
Setup: The board is ready for you from the start. Focus on your strategy!
Checker Pieces: Each player starts with 15 checkers placed across the board. Your “home” board is opposite your opponent’s.
Dice Rolls: Roll the dice on every turn and move your checkers based on the dice count.
- Single Move: Move one checker to the total of both dice.
- Split Move: Split the moves between two different checkers.
- Doubles: Roll doubles for double gameplay moves. Move one piece the total of both dice multiplied by two, or move four different checkers.

Movement Rules

Open Spots: Checkers can only be moved to:
- Empty spots
- Spots occupied by your own pieces
- Spots occupied by your opponent with only one checker
Capturing: Move your checker to a spot with only one opponent’s checker to capture it. The captured piece is removed from the board.

Winning the Game

Be the first to get all your checkers to your home board and remove them via dice rolls to win!
